Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using InboxLedger (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

InboxLedger scans your Gmail inbox (with your permission, read-only) and uses AI to identify and extract invoice and receipt data. You can then export this data to Excel or CSV.

3. Pricing

InboxLedger costs ₪49 as a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or hidden fees. Payment includes lifetime access to the Service for the email address you used at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Because InboxLedger delivers value immediately — you connect Gmail, scan your inbox, and can export all extracted invoice data as Excel or CSV within minutes — we do not offer refunds after purchase.

We strongly encourage you to read the FAQ and Privacy Policy before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, email support@inboxledger.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Exception: If you experience a technical failure that prevents the Service from working entirely (e.g., scan never completes due to a bug on our side), contact us within 7 days and we'll either fix the issue or refund you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for inboxes you don't own.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Accuracy

InboxLedger uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to extract invoice data. While accuracy is high, the Service may make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying data before submitting it for tax purposes or to your accountant. We're not liable for incorrect extractions.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages of upstream providers (Gmail, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel), or other factors outside our control.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (₪49).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
